We are thinking of doing Air BnB to rent it out and I have looked at what's out there on Air BnB, HomeAway, FlipKey and other sites to see if similar homes are rented out yet for summer 2018 and it appears they are all still not rented out yet.

With those documents in hand, you likely have all the information needed to share with your insurer, to identify who would pay for each part of the necessary repairs on your claim.Hope that helps!  

This week it was announced that my job site will be permanently closing its doors within the next couple years.
