I get emails saying I have notifications. (New votes on posts, mentions, etc…). But when I come to BP there are no notifications marked a new. But…there are new notifications. (I can see they anre only 30 or 45 minute...

The point to my comment is that when comparing equally a quality trainer and a quality forum IMHO the trainer will trump the forum.The knowledge base of the forum is so vast that without specific direction from a quality trainer an investor will be a little lost and may take the wrong direction to accomplish their personal goals.

No that is not going to make you rich....but it will get you into the game and get you the passion for REI.Then do another, slightly more difficult, and continue down the road.

It’s definitely not a get rich quick game, very much a long term game.
