Hello to all Bigger Pockets Pro members. I'm new to the game. Are there any Seasoned Vets in the California Bay Area who would be willing to mentor / advise a newbie whom only has a strong background in all things Construction and Maintenance? I also have 5 + years experience in Property Management. Also looking to join a local Master Mind. I plan to one day aquire apartment buildings for rental income. But, to start with, my first course of action shall be to partner in a house hack type deal. Any takers?
