I sometimes find that addresses aren't visible on houses that are run/down vacant or the street I'm on has changed names ect...Has any one found an app that will let you mark a specific house as you're driving by it?

We were in the process of selling our M-Street home in Dallas, Tx and contacted a group of investors beforehand to see if they were interested.

We put in a new AC unit, breaker box, roof, tore out rotted wood on the roof of the back addition, new insulation in the back room, new windows all around, all new doors, new siding, collapsed the septic tank and added a sewer line to the street, moved walls and opened walls inside, tore out the rock driveway and poured a concrete driveway, new fencing front and back, we also replaced some of the old steel plumbing with pex. 

Varies greatly street by street in those neighborhoods. 

It’s directly across the street from a school.

We search on the internet, and here's a truck down the street doing it, and somehow we somehow missed it on the internet.So the risk here is whether there is contamination from the tank or not.

The problem I see is that most out of state investors aren’t aware of the specific locations in Salem where you will add 4-8% more ROI just on the street location and placement.

Ask the pm for a showing report and comments from the showings, ask for current pictures of the property, Have them take a video walkthrough of property and street.

The home would be literally down the street from my new home so I could keep a closer eye on it and to get a home with better cash flow, I am thinking it would need to be in a much less desirable area of town, which sometimes equals tougher tenets.
