Price per sqft of land inside the 610 loop?

How much are developers paying per sqft of unrestricted land in the Heights and in Montrose and other desirable, mostly gentrified areas... I know it depends, but any guidelines?

This is a kind of an academic interest, trying to gauge relationship between cities/ areas.
