Hello BP community, I’d like to introduce myself as I’m just venturing into the BP forums.

Both can work if they support the workflow you're most comfortable with.Somewhere in between roll-your-own-spreadsheets and Quickbooks is something like Stessa.

I do have one rental so far that I purchased as a turnkey, but I am not venturing over into the world of BRRRR.I'd love to hear from other agents, contractors, wholesalers, etc. in the area.

But, since so many people have been brainwashed now, those who venture outside the 15 mutual funds offered by their employer still feel they need to invest in an IRA. 

See how long the venture capital money lasts...or if they can be smart enough to make money in a down market.

I've been in sales/marketing for about 20 years and have been part of a few business ventures too. 

I entered into a Joint Venture with Ron Sharrod, Amy Sharrod (since divorced) + Don Jensen + Esther Jensen From Sacramento.   

I'd consider hard money loans and I'd consider doing a Joint Venture with someone else.

@ C Coley Mitchell I have started to hear some good things about San Souci area, but haven't ventured over there yet.

The locker retailers though have mentioned examples of other people monetizing these lockers for the same purpose.The other catch is that I would need to have somebody onsite to sign for the packages and put them in the respectable lockers, but if I have to employ somebody to do that, it's no longer a profitable venture.
