The  business is certainly the "rat-race" and I am ready to start transitioning away from it.

The town is soon to get transit and City Planning & Zoning will be doing a rewrite of the zoning codes.

It’s been vacant for a little while..partially our fault with my transition out of the military and we’ve been btwn 2 houses.

It was to be the launch of our real estate business and first of many flix&flips hopefully.After closing and starting on the new roof, my real estate partner shared that he would love to live there because of it being right next to his son's school and on his work route as a transit driver.We came to a deal that we would sell it to him for $225,000 to pay off the $170,000 loan with Intrust Funding, also recover out of pocket rehab investments already paid and finance the remaining rehab wok, and cash me out for $12,000.But conventional lenders aren't treating it as a new purchase.

Its still a transitioning neighborhood and yet prices have increased so much in the last handful of years.

Their goal is to downsize and walk away with around $10k to transition to a new place. 

couldn't ask for better tenants on my first rental.......Smooth transition!!!

I should have made the transition at about year 10 but didn't have Bigger Pockets at that time.

They will take all of your other assets/cash into consideration, but it's going to be hard to get approval during the transitioning process if you do not have another job lined up.

I currently have a sales Management  background so I thought  it would be somewhat  of a similar transition.
