Just introducing myself:

I'm Jarrett from Sacramento CA. I got interested in real estate investing when I was 18 watching those cheesy late night infomercials. I began working as a Realtor about 5/6 years ago mostly residential resale. Currently do side work for an investor/flipping looking for distressed properties. 

Looking to partner up and find opportunity for my first deal. I'm familiar with Sacramento for flipping leads but also open to out of state.
