Learning while earning with Rental property

Posted

Hello

Ive been reading  alot  of books on rental property. I thought  it would be a good idea to switch  my 9 to 5 to something  that is more closely related to  rental property ex) property Management, freelancing for investors. I currently have a sales Management  background so I thought  it would be somewhat  of a similar transition. Is there another field  or a smarter approach you guys would recommend. Just trying  to know the options  I have available? Trying  to  go with the rich dad poor dad approach  working to learn  something, not just to working for income.

Thanks,

Joanthan Robinson
