:)This is why I just cringe at the thought of people thinking they are going to save a few grand in these neighborhoods building their so called team and doing remote rehab.. its tough enough when you live there much less trying to do this from across the country.. 

Next time, I will have a team and we will do the work for half the price!

I say pick a market, build a team and don't look back..

Also, I work on a fix and flip team, so adding wholesalers to our list is always something we are looking to do in order to find great investment opportunities for ourselves. 

Some are friendly more like a big team everyone always willing to help out.

I also post this because I'd love to team up with someone who is looking for a young, hungry, like-minded real estate investor.

My personal experience is that by using an agent with a good marketing team, you can get a sales price that is high enough to offset the commission you will pay... but as an agent, I'm biased, of course. 

It's always important to have every person on your team working towards the same goal to help you close more deals.

I finally feel ready to get started my family and I will make a great team to start flipping homes.
