Ypsilanti is a pretty strong rental market, better tenants than Detroit, for sure.  

Hopefully you will have no trouble finding one that support you with strong staff, marketing and training.

I think she has a strong case to not pay the $6000 that she apparently "owes".If this does go to court, and it might, I think she has a very strong case because I mean come on!

Write a strong lease and screen your tenants.
