We recently closed a similar size deal with Fanny that through a 506b syndication.

Meaning, maybe your family grew in size and you need a bigger home.An other reason that is similar to those? 

Or a nightmare  the amount of fraud and dirty dealing would be off the charts.. simply not going to happen and it has nothing to do with brokers protecting their turf.. its about protecting the buyers and sellers..

I'm drawing out some sketches for a site plan and am curious to know what a couple of basic footprints would be (roughly) for an 18 unit and a 24 unit apartment building. Both 3 story, exterior stairs...

There are a plethora of SFR so not as limited to homes with current ADUs, but are limited to land size and purchase price that makes sense for cash flow after.

I suspect on the commerical side you would want one customized by your attorney given the size and scope of the transactions
