You might check AARP web site (since these are largely targeted at seniors) and try calling some of these and ask how they work.I believe the way these work is that it is a loan secured by the property but without payments.

If they do I'll let em theres plenty of deals out there (it has never happened to me) If you want to be 100% secure call a realtor one of their listing tell them you want to submit an offer and ask them you to email a blank AS-IS contract make minor changes and your off.In terms of reading I went to a bookstore (library if you are short on funds) go to the realestate section get a stack of books and take out whatever seems the most interesting.

Most of them try to sell ther packages by making people believe that they can become multi-millionaires in a very short time period without doing any work at all.So now that you've figured out that it is a lie and that actually there is a great deal of time and work involved in real estate, stop trying to get your millions without working and get to work and put some time and effort in.I don't think real estate is hard.
