You can request rent roll, utility expenses, property management expenses, other receipts, etc.Please keep in mind that the listing agent represents the seller and has a fiduciary responsibility to the seller.

In either case it first goes through probate who will then assign someone to be the personal representative and get a Letter Testamentary which then gives them authority to make legal changes and to sell property.

The bill will be presented by Representative Doug Ricks and then public testimony of about 2 minutes per person Sadly, there is some opposition to this bill by low-income housing advocates and disability rights people who don't really understand this bill only affects people who have been ordered out by a judge.
