When I’ve found a good price for a 3-4 unit. Where do I start gathering all the costs? What if there are tenants already living there? I’m not too sure as to where to start with assessing costs yet.

@Abel Curiel

Thank you for the insight Abel! Great information and I will consult with the listing agent but also with other investors. And then do my own analysis once I get experienced enough.

I’ll get to work! Thank you again!
