It all depends on the location & limits of coverage.With a single rental in the same state, I'd suggest marketing your Home, Auto and rental as a single package. 

I also highly recommend "Every Landlord's Legal Guide" by NOLO because it is full of practical advice and it links to your State laws.The Lease Agreement Package from BP has a strong lease and some other forms.

Once we have 80 or so units built, we package it and sell it to a bigger REI firm that buys these types if assets.
