Do your Sub Contractors have the ability to verbally communicate, with English Language Only Speakers?

Hello everyone,I have an applicant with an eviction history and I know there is a certain language that should be used when communicating the rejection.

Usually if I'm working with someone who hasn't done this yet I refer them a few of my most trusted contractors and get very involved in the communication and planning process.

He was great to work with...great communication and a real professional throughout the process.  

Then I decided to try someone else and they were hard to communicate with and now I set an appointment with a third lender.

The PM should be the one communicating with the contractor and should then be presenting the information to you and getting comparison pricing for the repairs, if the first repair quote is costly. 

The biggest issue is understanding why you want so you can effectively communicate it.

Im trying not to get frustrated but they are making it a little difficult by not communicating.
