Refinancing the brrrr's this summer and adding in 2-3 more properties in Winston by the end of the year and also working on Seller Financing deals in the Appalachian mtns (about 1.5 hrs from me) to start adding in some Airbnb short-term rentals.I'm flying in to Boise March 24 and flying out the 28th.
