Hi there guys...hi everyone,Does anybody knows an experience Attorney/Lawyer who doing Lease Options, Wholesaling Lease Options Assigning Lease Options aka Rent to Own in Western NY counties /area.I have done a lot of direct mail marketing in this area and talk to a lot of sellers but I am rely not so confident to forward my assignment contracts /agreements kind of scared.I am in need for an experience Lawyer, pay them money to check and look at my contracts so i can close the deals with this sellers.Also I have done a lot of research and studies on Lease Options or Rent To Own and I would be happy to share the deals to someone who I can help me out and walk me through to get my first deal.Highly appreciate your help guys...thanking you much.Dennis
