How much am I looking at paying if I want to be in a safe environment?

Hi @Brandon Montoya I think that mentors can be an incredible blessing to investors - I've been really lucky and have had some great ones myself.I definitely struggled to find some great mentors myself, however, and I think that my experience could perhaps be of value to you!

This is an incredible story.  

When investing in certain urban environments there is generally more external factors that can contribute to the chances a particular neighborhood increasing in value.

Risks can be mitigated by knowing what you are going to do in various economic environments, and making sure you have a plan.

It is in a fantastic high end neighborhood just minutes from incredible shopping centers.

I've made incredible progress, surrounded myself with people who are wholesaling and actually doing deals, and I am about to get my first property under contract.

Extroverts do get more out of office culture, but I think what COVID-19 has taught us in RE is that working in an office environment in real estate is wholly unnecessary.

To make things incredibly simple this is what you need to take away from this thread.This applies to all of your wholesale transactions---If you are attempting to sell a property that you do not own you are brokering real estate.

Plus, if you don't end up selling, the taxes are incredibly high.
