What did you use to pain those cabinets?

Death, divorce, job relocation, short sale, foreclosure, health issues, job loss, etc.If the seller is just testing the market that is a weak motivator.What FLOOR is this property on.

Rehab and holding was long and expensive but NOT in any way painful or stressful.I did not like the utility bills or the vacant property insurance my mentor recommended I purchase, but I could easily afford those expenses.

I feel your pain brother....

This burst taught us all a painful lesson, and many of us remember it well, but some are starting to forget.  

I feel the sellers pain but at the end of the day the end buyer would own the property and can do what they want to do.

I was such a pain in the #@%& to my builder, but that's ok.  

You are safe to wholesale unless you get caught than it can be very painful. 

Currently im a part time buy and hold investor and a full time health professional.
