This is why I just graduated Real Estate School, and am on my way to getting my own agency :)  I dont even have to be the best agent in the world, the process of becoming an agent, working the game, and meeting the contacts, will certainly make me a better real estate investor, flipper, or land lord.

I recently graduated with my Masters of Business Administration from Nichols College while working at Verizon Wireless in sales.

I've worked full time in the medical field ever since graduating college but beginning this fall, I am beginning a full time 3 year graduate school program to become a nurse practitioner.

I graduated college one year ago and now all that money that was keeping me out of debt is turning into savings.

I have always wanted to start flipping houses but I always found a reason for it not to be a good time, whether it was waiting until a debt was paid off, waiting until I graduated; I was always waiting for the right time and I don't want to wait anymore or it will never happen.

Once I graduate college, my mom will be transferring me one acre of land (from my family's original plot).
