As a new member here on Bigger Pockets, I wanted to introduce myself. I am an experienced Title Agent here in Indiana with over 25 years of Title and Real Estate experience. I specialize in Residential, Commercial and Investment properties. I enjoy working with Investors and Agents to close Multi-Property and Bulk  transactions. My largest so far was a recent 387 parcel acquisition and simultaneous closing. I am currently licensed in 6 States and own a Title Company in Indianapolis. I am also a licensed Real Estate Agent in Florida. 

As a native Hoosier and real estate entrepreneur, I enjoy making new friends and business relationships. I have 2 Great Danes and love to spend time outdoors.
