New to this world-Indianapolis

I would love to connect with some people who know more about this then I do. I would love to start flipping houses around the Indianapolis area. I don't know really where to start.

I am in the process of getting my real estate license and saving up some money to put towards financing my first project but won't have a lot of capital to invest. I have always wanted to start flipping houses but I always found a reason for it not to be a good time, whether it was waiting until a debt was paid off, waiting until I graduated; I was always waiting for the right time and I don't want to wait anymore or it will never happen. It would be great if anyone had any tips or a brain I could pick when I had questions. I have got two books about it, The book on Flipping Houses and The Book on Estimating Rehab Costs which I have started reading. I don't like to jump into things without doing a ton of research.

Also looking for possible investors.

Thanks in advance!
