Mine had not costs unless I refi within a year then $400.just looked at refi of my 1st lien (@ 3.625 to maybe 3.1), and of course the HELOC makes that harder.

So my issue is if I fix my side, there's a chance I'll damage theirs or even mine more.

My question is,  since my property management company has issued an in-house statement they personally are not starting any eviction process due to the Feds putting a halt to evictions on loans backed by Fannie or Freddie, which mine is not, does this constitute breach of contract between the property management company and myself?
