These people are apparently not thinking about the supply response that so big a price increase would generate.

The San Diego Gas & Electric (SDG&E) Co. oversees much of the power supply for Southern California.

The one's that are doing well do a lot of "little things" but, in my mind, here are the biggest "little" things you can do:1. refurbish with modern furniture.

Like where the AC units and supply vents will be located or where outlets we be placed etc. 

They are only used for drains and typically leaks in drains start very small and if monitored closely are less likely to cause major damage than a supply line.

If they don't respond to the 3 day notice, you will need to get an eviction kit from your county courthouse or local office supply. 

Same would apply to flooring: if I found that the flooring beside a commode had a higher moisture content compared to the same flooring at the doorway, that might cause me to conclude a wax ring has failed or a supply line has failed behind a commode.For mold to be present, we first need cellulose (wood, MDF, paper, etc).

As it pertains to plumbing, does the $200-$300 per fixture figure in "replace all supply lines" include drain and vent piping?
