I have zero REI experience, but I do have an agent who is willing to help in some ways.

I mean it is possible that Xfinity had a fiber cut or something blew out in a storm or something that services that location and it could be out of their control.  

Go to local real estate investor meetups for six months and never tell them that you are an agent.

The installer hopefully has a better handle on customer service and can act as a liaison and get you through to the right person at Mosaic who can release the UCC for you.

I take it you've used her services? 

Infusionsoft is BY FAR the best CRM tool agents IMO.
