Exciting—what’s next for you?

I was looking for a larger multi unit but this property came along and we are excited to have closed today :-) 

I'm now ending my 11th semester in my collegiate career and have decided that the Dental field isn't what I get excited about when I talk of my future, but rather investing in real estate along the way to becoming an Orthodontist and after starting my Dental career.

We helped the family clear the title issues, connected the family across the state with mobile notaries as well as traveling to help take them to notarize documents, worked through the title issues and provided value to another wholesale company to make money, who in turn found a buyer who was looking for a fix and flip deal in the area.

You fill out a form send in some pictures, they keep a fee and they buy your house.Meeting a defined goal is how you determine you are successful.Dean defines success as:Free time – when I am in complete control of my time and can do whatever I wantWhen passive revenue exceeds lifestyle needsWorking on projects that excite meNot knowing is scary, especially when it’s your money on the line.
