Yup that can certainly be a good option @Caleb Heimsoth thanks for the reply.The issue is that it will only work with certain types of businesses, and it certainly won't fly with my 100% digital business.

You can enter the market anytime, mostly because interest rates are not in the double digits yet.

@Ed Winczowski -  I second the use of Follow-up Boss @Steven Myers We've modified FUB for Realtors and Investors and has all the Omni Channels (FB, IG, Call, Text, Email, Door Knock, Digital Door Knock, etc.) as well as the automations (action plans and drips). 

So in my case it decreased errors using the SmartThings hub with RBOYS RLA and since it works with my 3rd party PMS, it works across channels and sets the code with the guests last 4 digits for their stay.
