Best Book for Spouse

Good afternoon y'all

I am beginning my real estate investment journey soon with a local mentor in Charlotte. While I know a little bit to be dangerous, my wife doesn't know the first thing about REI, but wants to learn alongside me and help as we go on this journey together. She is an ER nurse but doesn't have much business experience. Is there a great book for her to read that won't overwhelm her with theory but would give a real-world perspective on how to approach REI coming from a non-business background?

Thanks for the help!

@David Mohrmann I am a nurse as well (ICU). While I agree with Rich Dad Poor Dad, I found that books like "Lifeonaire" and "The 4 Hour Work Week" were great books that instead of focusing on the actual "business and real estate" side of things, it gave a better picture of what your life could be like if you were financially independent could work on your own schedule.

Another book that may be beneficial from an actual business side would be the E-Myth.
