@Adonijah De Lancy I'm not sure if there's a "best" way but it really kind of boils down to whether you have more time than money or money than time.

The Eames house in Pacific Palisades, Taliesen West in Scottsdale, Maison de Verre, Paris etc.  

We’re based on Monmouth/Ocean border, and have completed many flips due to Sandy.

So lot of water under the bridge.and every decade brings a new soup de jour  .. now with the internet NPN space is quite active.Although from my perspective most beginner note investors would be best suited in a fund like @Bob Malecki  or @Mike Hartzog  for the NPN RPF space let them do the heavy lifting.. get experience then try it yourself..or if your in the Junior space of course you can throw 3k on a junior in Ohio or MI and well what the heck just little money to practice on..

@Aaron Nelson  The inside of this property has some good character (de-cluttering and re-painting will likely do wonders), and I think the broker is figuring the large sq footage will command a premium vs other similar 3/1 & 1/1.
