Hello,

My name is Max Shepard. I am full time Air Force stationed in Dover DE, and also a full time flipper. I have 2 houses I'm working on now and my partner and I are trying to do at least 4 a month. We are in desperate need of a GC that is going to not over charge and realizes that we will keep them gainfully employed.
