@Andrew Bissada no I would not personally live in or invest in a city that isn’t committed to protecting it’s citizens.

Sawmills are attempting to meet their commitments to contract business while also trying to satisfy the appetite of secondary business.

I've recently committed to stop talking about it and start taking action towards my "Landlording" dreams.

It's a dangerous commitment if we issue a preapproval without thoroughly reviewing the information and then something unexpected pops up and we can no longer lend the money.

I've never seen anyone attempt to actually research the percentage of section-8 tenants who inflict damages or commit some sort of fraud--all we have are anecdotal horror stories.

I am the type that would set aside the needed time to jump head first/fully committed to the process.
