Did you get a valid, current insurance certificate from the contractor prior to allowing him to set foot on your property?

Very old house that needed work but it was large for the area with a ocean view from the second foot.

This home is going for 59per square foot while others are comping at 67per square foot.

I was hoping some of you might be able to give me some pointers and how a complete newbie can get his foot in the door.  

You want to start off on the right foot by fixing any deferred maintenance issues there may be.

The only concrete that was broke up was a one foot square area.

Even my wife and child were not enough, and it pains me to say that.
