Hello BP community,
So I have my first problem, My General Contractor that ive hired was not doing a very good job. Short-Long story is I terminated the contract we had agreed on and ask him to refund me my money and he said OK!.. I will get those process tonight and get back with you tomorrow.... Tomorrow comes.. I call.. NO answer. left a voice mail.. NO call back.. I email.. NO respond.. Can somebody tell me how I can get my money back without doing a small claims..? Its been about 3 weeks now and still respond.

Just file a claim with the contractors license board in your area, state of city. They will get a hold of them and hold up their license until they clear the matter up with you
