The rates are great 4% now was 3.5% they offered 80 90 and 100% LTV but it was on my primary only. suggestion call local banks!

I have been footing the bills up there a lot and the other siblings are only interested in what is good for them and their bank accounts. keep wanting to put her in a old folks home,but she is not at that stage yet.physically sound ,just the mental part that has failed ,and they want to move her hours away and take over her finances.

Have them create a general qualification letter "Xx bank qualifies ashley for xx amount for xx property" And because they've already done the absolute highest borrowijg amount calculations, they'll just have to fill in the blanks.

Never, but the banks I deal with love to use 75% vacancy for LTR (stupid, Bozeman has 100% occupancy for LTR, never in my 15 years PM'ing here have I had an empty apartment), and 50% for STR (due to the nature of my market).
