@Katarina Ostojic  there are state specific templates usually by the local real estate association that typically include the current laws and BP templates available per state if you are a pro.

How the change affects homeowners, business owners, and condo associations will vary depending on your property location and your flood policy.

To what degree obviously depends on the area.

Have you confirmed what, if any, HOA/condo association rules there are about rentals?
