Lastly this is highly regionalized as well. short of the scenario were you have a seller that just won't work with a RE broker .. west coast properties wholesalers add ZERO value to a seller they actually in most instances take money from them.. that a competent RE broker would have gotten for them.I get it in the rust belt and other areas were you have plethora of vacant or crappy homes. and that many times the RE community (brokerage ) just does not want to fool with them... this is where those that want to pimp deals can make money
