Running the numbers on rentals and flips

Hi guys I have a question about the numbers for flips and rentals in Ontario, specifically in the Hamilton and surrounding region. I created my own spreadsheet and method for analyzing properties using BP's rental property calculator. The numbers shown in my spreadsheet are the exact same as the ones in the calculator (I've only made one based on the rental calculator so far). What numbers from that calculator are useless and what numbers do I possibly need to add in to adjust for Canadian real estate? The same question goes for the flip calculator as well. Thanks!
