North jersey is a tough place to start and make numbers work especially if you're doing an FHA loan having less downpayment.

Hi all, I'm a real estate newbie residing in North Orange County California.

My family and I are looking to buy but find someone looking to do seller financing OR a rent to own deal around the San Diego or north county area.

I currently live near Roanoke, Virginia and my Brother lives in North East Florida (Palm Coast area).  

We cover portions of western MA, mostly Springfield / Westfield.

These are the kinds of deals I look for, but it isn't best for everyone, nor the easiest.

Now that I have a much lower cost of living than I did in the city, I am looking to put my extra income to good use by executing fix-and-flips in my immediate area, house-hacking, and investing in multi-family properties all around Salem/the North Shore. 

At least in North Atlanta, foreclosures, short sales, REOs etc.

I would prefer analyzing in the north east of the US since that's where I plan (currently live in NY) on doing my house hack but whatever gets me started I'm willing to help as well.

I'm staying with my nephew on a cute little 1.5 acre ranchett in a rural North Texas county.
