North Orange County, CA Real Estate

Hi all,

I'm a real estate newbie residing in North Orange County California. I would love invest locally but I'm not seeing many opportunities as prices are extremely high here and the numbers just don't make sense. I'm interested in staying local for my first deal so I can stay very hands on and learn all that I can, but of course if the numbers don't work  I am  going to have to go out of state.

Would love to connect with locals currently investing in the North Orange County area.

Thanks,

Tia

Hi, @Tia Herricks welcome to the site. The midwest would be a good place to search for more affordable investments. Columbus, OH specifically is a great city to invest in.
