Hi guys, I'm looking for some people who have already done house hacking and can connect with me to get some advice before I jump into this market, I've been doing my due diligence and seems to be harder than other states.

Thanks!

I have house hacked twice, second one in North Jersey currently. Let me know what questions you have. Yes, the barrier to entry is much higher. Price point and taxes dont help. Imo, you have to have an investor realtor on your team to be able to identify properties that work. If not, you'll be spinning your wheels. Get a realtor, identify the specific cities or towns, then get to work.
