I was wondering if anyone had had any success selling a still operating STR and if so if they had any tips. 

Price seems high but no data there.Certainly a better use than paying taxes if you have the cash.

As others mentioned, I’d recommend looking into other options.

I have until Sept 18 to dispute the charges so for now we are doing more investigation, but I'm still highly skeptical at this point.
