I have read several diffrent books, forum post, and attended a few REIA meetings.

Having socked a bunch of money into books and courses, I believe FEAR is keeping me from moving on.

I am far from a book and tape junkie, and if anything I think most of the real estate investing courses sold out there aren't worth the paper or plastic that they are printed on.Now, here is my analysis of Rapid Flip USA.

I saw a book at Barnes & Nobles that had all of his misquotes in it.....It was called "Bushisms"........

I found this book that makes it as easy as a simple step by step guide.

Does anyone suggest a good book for rehabbing/ foreclosing that has good information but also shares examples so that I may have a better grasp at areas that I may be a little hazey on right now?

FYI - I first read it 11 years ago and have read every one of his books and met and talked to Robert and Kim.

Many would argue against this but I think that book education stops just there, in the book.
