Hello All,Although I currently reside in Los Angeles, I am now working remotely in the Southern Illinois/STL area due to the pandemic. 

Docusign, dotloop, blue ink, pandadocs, etc.For most of these, if you have a field that repeats (like the tenant names), you fill them in once and that field is tagged as "tenant name" and will just auto-populate in the rest of the document.

Hi Tony, I plan to start there also because I know the area and also believe it's a solid blue-collar area. 

But, this is a blue ocean strategy in my opinion.

.- Before trying that, if you have the time, you could try this, which may sound gimmicky but I have found it to be very helpful: Get the cloudy skies in your photos replaced with realistic blue skies.
