Any others Investing in 19120 Philadelphia, Pennsylvania?

Hi, I'm currently looking to purchase my first investment property in 19120, which is a neighborhood here in Philadelphia and i'm working through my due diligence & research. I think i've settled on starting off here based on what i've seen and I've also spent multiple years in this zip code. It seems to be very stable with a strong rental market. My question is, has anyone else invested in this neighborhood? Have you found the rental market to be strong? I don't think 19120 is poised for double digit growth in the next couple years but I think the infrastructure is there for it - if the rental market is strong, i think jumping in and getting my feet wet here would be good.
