I believe that the Worcester market will be a good path to invest because of its low pricing comparative to say Boston and those surrounding areas and of course other factors that make the city look promising.Anyways just wanted to say hello and thank you for the loads of content everyone provides.

This seems to be the mid-point price wise, however, will an early 80's trailer (in average shape structurally) support the weight of the trusses, sheeting, and shingles?

It can be very time consuming up front and once loaded and collections started then is very hands off.

Taking out interior walls can be expensive and sometimes not possible if it's load bearing.

I do my own tile surrounds, so I'm not going to bore you with a load of information on the subject, but doing really good shower tile work isn't easy and there are more guys who say they can do it well than can actually do it.

You can allocate the work load and returns any way you desire.

At least the load bearing walls anyway.

I would do that right now to load up more miles on my Chase Saphire card, however I don't like how that would affect my book keeping in quick books.
