Hi BP,

Stumbled onto this community by a friend was starting to getting into real estate. I've got quite the bug now listening to BP podcasts and just reading as many books as I can.

I'm targeting the Worcester market in Massachusetts and hoping to score a multifamily for a good deal. The market seems to be quite competitive but I believe that it shouldn't matter when to invest as long as you're investing in all points of the market. I believe that the Worcester market will be a good path to invest because of its low pricing comparative to say Boston and those surrounding areas and of course other factors that make the city look promising.

Anyways just wanted to say hello and thank you for the loads of content everyone provides.
