If it's only one layer the shingles can be added on top for cheap.If it's 2 layers or more the weight would be too heavy to add another layer on top.

In that case, it was good to see subsequent housing start numbers decline gradually to reduce the excess supply.If you were investing for appreciation, buying sometime after housing starts declined, but before housing starts began increasing is probably a good time to buy.

Its sleep well at night because I did not buy a tough to manage property, Or like the first building I sold them they are perfect for condo converts down the track and they would make a 50 to 70% return on equity...Its clear here in the states that Cash flow numbers  = RISK  that is for sure...so you have to weight all the factors.Now these same investors bought in Vagas  a couple of C class 4 plexes that do not produce very well and some SFR right at the bottom..

Just remember that if you do not fight someone and go with them where they can isolate you then your chances of survival go way down.Some even abdicate fainting etc. for a woman if in a public place and they will not want to carry the dead weight and will run away.Make yourself a hard target by paying attention and having a sense of awareness at all times.
