best wait for the eviction to complete before buying it, since the owner has already started the process.

Most lender are going to make you wait at least 6 months to refinance.

I could be patient and wait to find a deal not unlike how this one first began.For instance, she bought the property at auction for 80K.

Not only do I have a network of hundreds of thousands of people to help me when I have a problem, but I am continually learning and developing every day by reading about other people’s experiences.

Some I bought very cheap and am waiting for sewer.  

I’m estimating 220k sale price per unit, but if we wait until the rest of the development is built up then could be more like 250-300 per unit.It’s speculative, But I love what I believe the development will be eventually with a mix of old and new homes, a state park, and the water.I just can’t decide how much risk to take.

I will put it on my calendar and wait of the reservations to be opened.

It also waits, depreciating in value everyday, to take them clubbing or whatever. 

I guess if I want to fully proceed I’d need to either get my existing tenants written authorization to keep electronic copies of the lease as original or just wait until they move out/resign.
